Trust me, if anything that probably means I failed, not you. In reality it likely means nothing - they wouldn't post anything to your account if they hadn't sent you an email.

I don't think you should be so worried. I know that is easier said than done. However, why don't you just call the BLE and ask them if your ATLAS account is properly set up. That is a good excuse to call and get some piece of mind.

I appreciate both of your support. I called yesterday morning and was told essentially what the message that appeared this morning on other's ATLAS account. That settled me down yesterday. I also emailed tech support last night. They told me that even though my ATLAS account did not show any history, the office had access to my e-fast application.

There is nothing to do at this point except try to focus on other things. I'll take the BLE's word for it that it means nothing.

On a side note, did any folks from Texas Law School X get the email from Dean F about the congrats reception in late nov ? Is it possible that the deans already got the list of names and that was a hint? (or was that just a general optimistic email, and if you failed, you should just ignore it)

My understanding is that the law schools do in fact get a notified of pass/fails before students do, but I don't know how much earlier. Are you talking about the "Save the Date" email for the lunch following the state bar induction on Nov 21?

With NY releasing bar exam scores last night, we should be feeling pretty alone right now... is it just TX and CA that haven't released scores?

I don't know that the schools find our earlier than the students for a fact, but it's what I've heard. It may be in the same vein as the supreme court clerks finding out first, which I do know for a fact - although they only find out at most 10-15 minutes before everyone else.

I thought we had agreed that one e-mail=pass (one e-mail saying congratulations and score results) and two e-mails=fail (one e-mail for not passing with score results and one e-mail for information on how to sign up for the next bar).

I only received one e-mail so I badly want to believe what I said is true, but most likely it's not. Before anyone takes what I said as the truth I was totally kidding! The number of e-mails most likely means nothing and we are trying to read tea leaves.

Though the message reads, "electronic components of your application have been downloaded..." If it had to do with the upload of results/letters, it probably would not have referred to components of the application, but who knows...

I'm not sure the results are known weeks in advance, maybe a week or two. I don't think they're still "finalizing" results as they say however. I've asked a close relative who's very big into the I.T. world and deals with systems/databases, which includes dealing with system transitions and patches (such as switching from eFast to Atlas), he told me that most likely the e-mails were sent as a test of the new system (whether or not they would actually reach the person, if it would generate the e-mails like they would and how many times an e-mail needed to be sent, hence why some people received one e-mail and some received two e-mails with different reference numbers). It was all a test and e-mails like that aren't "inadvertently sent." They definitely meant to send them.

I don't think they release results by multiple emails. I believe they send one, with two attached letters, or via eFast, two uploaded letters.
