cheating on the bar exam

Post by joejoe » Tue Jul 28, 2015 12:33 am

I know, we are not going to do it (nor should we).........but.........that being said,,,

Anyone thought about how EASY it would be? Honestly, I would be shocked if people didn't do it.

That being said........no one snitch on me to the thought police. I won't list the ways I've thought of since I don't want TSA style searches (use ones imagination) to get in to the exam each day.

I start tomorrow. There are no thoughts of value that can be added to this thread, because this thread is dumb. Sure, go right on ahead and roll up the leansheets summaries, cram them up your ass, take a bathroom break, and refresh your recollection. But just know that the consequence of getting caught is that you'll likely never practice law (could be a blessing in disguise, but YMMV). failing the bar exam is, comparatively, no big deal -- learn from your mistakes, and pass it on the next try.

Every one of your posts that I've seen has sucked. I assume you're trolling/flaming, but your attempts at doing so are so shitty that I'm actually becoming convinced that you're a sub-100 IQ mongoloid who graduated from The People's College of Law.

I refer you to the actual content of my prior posts addressing the "don't do" part of it.

And fine, its super easy. No ass crams needed. Heck write the notes on your covered body parts, or stuff your bra and then flush when done, or sneak in a flat phone (no one pats you down). I promise people do this stuff.

And if you actually read my posts you'd know I've been licensed for some time now. You reply just to hit the reply button?

I keep forgetting I'm dealing with people who don't even know what the inside of a testing center looks like yet........feel free to post in a few years when you're a big boy.

(insert cliché ad hominem knee jerk cookie cutter response here for replies)

I'm sure people do cheat, and I'm sure some get away with it. I'm all for taking calculated risks, but this one is absolutely not worth it under any circumstance.

You have very few posts. All I've seen have been posts telling people to not celebrate finishing the Bar, calling another poster an old hag, and now this. I've seen all I need to see.

Nice to know you're a licensed attorney. If I ever need to recommend some shitlawyer to help a friend fight a traffic ticket, I'll be sure to look you up.

wow you agree with me, add ad hominem attack, point out when I used half that level in response to someone, and then go back to admitting you know nothing but tossing in more of that ad hominem that you act as if only idiots would use.

great job.

I must be a super important person for you to be wasting your precious first stab at the bar exam study time on there junior.

I don't think it would be easy to cheat. I presume that most methods have been thought of by the Bar examiners, and it's reasonable to assume that they have figured out ways to monitor these things. My point is that, despite the difficulty, people will find a way.

reasonable to "assume" sure. My point is that in REALITY they don't (for whatever reason) Look around a bit the next few days. You'll see it.
As for people finding a way......that was my point too.

Wow, imagine that. huh?

I don't know why this guy shows up here to troll every time he takes the bar exam, but he does. Kind of annoying. Gone now.
