I have been told you are supposed to do that during lunch to relive stress. But during is too much, brother.

Relive stress? I think you're doing it wrong...

Dude, you know what I meant. Don't be an asshole. This isn't a peer reviewed journal of scholarship.

I'm just saying masturbating in preparation of the bar should be about relieving stress, not relishing it

Ellie Mystal (the ATL writer; however it's spelled) suggested going to the bathroom to rub one out if you're feeling stressed. With my luck, I'd get caught and have to explain myself to C&F.

I don't trust advice from Ellie, he is a fat retard.

As long as it doesn't relate to moral turpitude...I guess it would depend on the circumstances.

yeah, on the last essay on the last day, dont write anything except "passcbxrtcj$#@" for your answer. its a hack, the graders know the code and they will automatically pass you.

thanks for appreciating my sense of humor. i was afraid ud be mad at me, based on how u reacted to above to someones comment about your reliving stress while, u know, doing it.

anyway, on a more serious note, there are some things that theoretically could work:

just do a heading for every single rule you know on a subject, and irac it. ud probably have to get ur typing speed pretty good- maybe 130+ words per minute for this to work. because they arnt supposed to deduct points for incorrect issues, you are pretty much theoretically guaranteed to get the correct issues and pass. also, because (as most people say) the graders dont care what ur conclusion is, this should work.

for example, on a contracts question, if you cant figure it out, just do a heading for every possible issue like this: "mode of analysis/predominant factor test/offer/illusory promise/goods/merchants/acceptance/consideration/firm offer/mailbox rule/advertisement/option contract/unilateral contract/bilateral contract/quasi contract/promissory estoppel/statute of frauds/mistake/unilateral mistake/impossibility/impracticability/frustration of purpose/capacity/duress/unconscionability/perfect tender rule/requirements contract/installment contract/parol evidence/modification/minor and material breach/substantial performance/compensatory/incidental/restitution/specific performance/replevin/equitable lien/reformation/mitigation/rescission.

im sure i missed a couple issues there, but i am sure someone will interject into this forum and correct me.

then just irac each one. they arnt supposed to deduct points for irrelevant issues, so this should theoretically work. if it doesnt work, well, at least they shouldnt doc you for missing an issue.

+50
I'm reading some old essays on the Bar's website and even their model answers are 50% bullshitting, if not more. Especially professional responsibility.

Read case, pull out relevant BLL, apply precedent to new facts in an objective or persuasive format. Didn't we just spend 3 years prepping for this?

write the number 28 at the bottom right corner of every page of your answer sheet for each portion of the test. don't tell anyone.

lol that is way too hard. I just want one weird trick. But thanks for the thought. Maybe someone more prepared can put it to use.
