Re: Using Tech to Maximize Bar Prep!
I created an Excel spreadsheet with what I want to accomplish before July 28. Then I have everything sorted by how much percent that task amounts to.
When I accomplish something I add the date of accomplishment and then have a chart that shows how I'm progressing.
Then I have a linear fit on it to see my expected date of completion of everything based on how fast I've progressed so far.
This all allows me to know how far behind/far ahead of schedule so it keeps me honest about not slacking off.

I've made these over the last couple days. I was staring at state essay topics absorbing nothing and getting nowhere, and making the flashcards has forced me to actively review. I've absorbed a decent amount just by making them. Having them to flip through when I'm on the toilet or whatever is a bonus.trustmouse83 wrote:quizlet for flashcards which can be reviewed on the go is pretty awesome.

This is awesome! Thanks! I should be doing that...I've been adding what I want to accomplish next on my Google calendar, but I think I'd like to see the bigger picture as you would with Excel... I might try it!jamescastle wrote:I created an Excel spreadsheet with what I want to accomplish before July 28. Then I have everything sorted by how much percent that task amounts to.
