Re: CIVIL PROCEDURE MBE QUESTIONS
So what have we learned from the February 2015 civil procedure section? Based on this past experience, what questions helped prepare you the most?
I'm watching a Kaplan Lecture on civil procedure which was filmed prior to the February administration. He hinted that there may be 5 parties to an action, if so, line them all up by state and make sure that there is complete diversity... Was this how it was tested?
Were there ever large groups in the question where it was a puzzle to sort out the parties?

Re: CIVIL PROCEDURE MBE QUESTIONS
I thought the Civil Procedure lecture would have been updated with great insights on how Civ Pro was tested.
