Barmax is $199 and you get all of the same questions as Adaptibar. But you need an iOS device.

Note that the true value lies not only in the questions, but in the explanations that they provide. I don't know if Barmax's explanations are that great.
The Emmanuels explanations are superb to anything else out there (even Barbri). However, since its not in online format, you won't get as many done.

I find barmax's explanations more than adequate. BUT, my disclaimer is that I've already taken passed a bar exam, so I am using it just to refresh the MBE and drill, drill, drill with real questions (for my second state).s1m4 wrote:Note that the true value lies not only in the questions, but in the explanations that they provide. That said, I've been surprised to read complaints about the explanations. I guess it varies by person. Usually explanations as to why the right answer is correct makes it (for me) quite clear why the others aren't. And while barmax doesn't always given a complete explanation for every single answer, they do some of the time. But again, that just might be because I've already done all of this stuff before and studied it in a full course (Themis).
With that disclaimer: I still recommend it. If you don't want to pay for Adaptibar but want the real PQs.

If you have time to spare - Can you provide an example of an error they have in the book? Are you talking substantive law errors or grammar? I really did find the book to be the key to the mbe for me (although I still did a sh** load of Barbri and Adaptibar)bluewin888 wrote:i find Strategies & Tactics book has MANY errors..

Does adaptibar allow you to do questions multiple times? or is it like Barbri online in the sense that after you answer it then it shows your answer saved.
