Law Review Article About The Bar Exam

Post by hoppingabird » Sun Apr 19, 2015 5:50 pm

I thought I would share this law review article about the bar exam. I find quite a few points the author is making about the exam itself are pretty persuasive and interesting. However, the steps that must be taken to "correct" or "change" the bar exam will be very challenging or extremely difficult to carry out.
I thought you might all like to read this and critique or share in the enjoyment of the article. It isn't very often a law review article is that interesting, but this one happens to be.
