I am considering taking the bar in a UBE state this July, 2015. I passed to NY bar with a mediocre but not horrible MBE (high 130s) last July, 2015.
Any recommendations on how much prep I'll need? There are so many fewer topics, and not having to memorize two different sets of law for many of the subjects makes it seem like it'll be a piece of cake. But I don't want to underestimate it.
I did Themis and have all of my NY materials. So I am thinking I'd just need to get a UBE book of some kind. The MBE added Civ Pro, but I believe my Themis materials had adequate federal civ pro stuff.
Also, I studied full time for the NY bar, but am now working.
Thoughts? Advice?
