NY Bar Application
Is the form with references and c&f due during the April 1-30 deadline or after the exam? Trying to budget time over the next month.

I don't think you need to submit C&F/Law Employment affidavits until after the bar exam. The April 1-30 window you're talking about is just the application to sit for the bar exam, which don't require the affidavits.
ETA in case you weren't speaking about the affidavits--
If you're speaking about the admissions application (http://www.nybarexam.org/Admission/Admi ... Packet.htm), that's not subject to the April 1-30 window.
This is the form that's available now, which has the c&f references and indepth questions, but it is not the application to sit for the bar exam.
The application to sit for the bar exam (found http://www.nybarexam.org/forms/forms.htm) is unavailable until April 1. You can start to gather the information now, such as your residencies and work history, but I don't believe you'll need it for the exam application. You'll eventually need it for your admissions application, but not your exam application.
