I recently received the email notifying Barbri users of the option of the Early Start Program.
I'm not planning on starting any studying anytime soon, but I was checking out the program and noticed that it doesn't really seem to specify when you take the diagnostic. Do you take it cold before reviewing any of those lectures or question sets, or do you go through those first and then take the diagnostic?

Because you'll score very poorly and it doesn't benefit you to start this early.
You really shouldn't even start thinking about the bar exam until May.

^ what Oklahoma said.
There's really no point to taking it now. You probably have a general idea of which subjects you know well and which subjects you don't, based on how you did in school. Your results won't be a measurement of anything because most of the MBE subjects are courses that you took as a 1L and haven't really refreshed since then, and BarBri is notorious for testing nuanced exceptions. Just assume you scored poorly and proceed to study your ass off for the bar.

I wasn't planning on starting it now by any means. I was just curious as I do have to start semi-early because I will have to work for a few weeks before the bar exam. I planned on starting sometime towards the end of April.OklahomasOK wrote: You really shouldn't even start thinking about the bar exam until May.
