btw, how are you allocating your days? I'm wondering how to spread the subjects over the coming days given there are so many.

I'm trying to get through a couple of subjects a day just reviewing, outlining practice essays and 20-30 MBE's. Civ Pro MBE's on Adaptibar are killing me but the rest seem to be going pretty well. I've got 2 small kiddos this time around so my study time is somewhat limited...optimistically thinking it's a pretty high pass rate for first time takers!

Your post prompted me to click on Rule 705 for Admission on Motion - wish I hadn't! A bit disheartened that I realized I could have actually waived in 4 years ago when I moved here...when I originally applied to take the Feb 2011 exam, IL did not offer reciprocity with Nevada. They changed that rule effective January 2011 (unbeknownst to me - clearly a lesson in regularly checking rule updates). I withdrew from the February 2011 exam b/c I just didn't want to take it and never looked back...wow do I wish I had since in the midst of that application process, I became eligible for Admission on Motion...unfortunately, I've now been inactive for 3 years so no longer qualify...maybe the board will take pity on me and allow me to relate back to my original date of filing? That would be a dream...instead I think I'll head back to reality and get back to studying evidence. UGH.

I guess you could always ask them if that would be possible but keep studying in the meantime...

Brutal! My duty to know the rules...but seriously, who regularly goes back and checks rule updates after they find a rule is inapplicable? I feel like I would've seen an announcement on changing admission requirements - didn't see one - but hard to remember much of anything going back 4 years...lucky me, I guess I get a legal refresher.
I've read on a couple of blogs that Commercial Paper won't be tested anymore - true? Can't seem to find an official definitive answer and I am studying from old materials.
