Illinois February 2015 Exam
Does anyone know whether the required score is 264 or 268?
The Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar (IBAB) has one announcement that states the minimum passing score has been raised to 268 but in another (later dated) post it states the minimum score is still 264.
This obviously won't impact study habits or strategy on the exam but I was just curious what the actual required score is.

Better pass it this time around since it will only get harder. Best of luck to you if you're taking it as well.

Can anyone clarify the status of Commercial Paper? I have read on some sites it is a test subject, and others it is not...would LOVE one less thing to memorize...

CP is not on the MEE anymore, but Illinois could technically ask it on the IEE. I doubt they will, so hopefully my cursory review of the materials will be sufficient

Ditto - let's also hope my cursory review of Tax and Admin Law are also sufficient!

Not sure if you saw this, but it looks like the minimum passing score for July 2015 was lowered to 266.Servatus wrote:

I didn't even review Federal Tax nor was it on the Feb exam. Admin law is not highly tested.springs24 wrote:Ditto - let's also hope my cursory review of Tax and Admin Law are also sufficient!
