Has anyone here ever had C&F issues, and if so, was it a major problem when being admitted to the state bar?
I'm not talking about felonies or anything involving dishonesty, just more like minor issues such as public intoxication, MIP, etc.
Would the bar investigators also see more than one minor issue "highly alarming"?

Re: C&F Issues and Admission to State Bar
You should be fine. I had a few college-type blunders on my record, and all I got was a bit of a scolding. Just make sure you're open, honest, and contrite. Fully disclose everything, and provide C & F with as much information as possible (police reports, court docs, explanations, etc.)
