July NJ Bar Exam Deadline
NJ results for the February bar exam have not been released yet, and yet the application deadline for people wanting to take the July exam (in the case of a retake) is 11pm April 30. Is this normal?

Yup, it's normal. I was a February 2013 exam taker who passed - we got out results late on May 17th and for the people who failed, they were given a short window of time to sign up to retake in July. I believe it was 2 weeks or so.
