Hello everyone, in an attempt to make everything EZ as ASDF, I wanted to gather accommodations information here in this thread. Can anyone who has applied for accommodations give us details on their success or failure to obtain accommodations?
For instance, they ask for how much time extra you need and all sorts of things. What did you request and what was granted?

I requested 1.5x and quieter setting and was granted both for IL (July 2014).
