Con law is the only subject I feel like I know, and the questions on the exam were still pretty hard generally. I remember just staring at the answer to the expressive conduct question (which was actually pretty funny and made me laugh for the first time during an exam), and wondering "why does this state the entire test in such a straightforward manner? It has to be a trick." This wasted 1.5 minutes that I should have used towards the following contracts question that I just scanned, answered, and probably missed.

By the way, am I the only one who, when getting a super long Ks or Real property question, just reads quickly and chooses one that sounds right?

Who did you take for bar prep?

I thought this when I used Themis for bar prep, and then when I used Barbri this time I was like "really? a mechanical reproduction is the same unless 1)contested, or 2) unfair (e.g., smudged)." For some reason when I took Themis I also thought that the UCC mirror image rule and last shot was a thing, but that was probably law school making me dumb and not actually what they said.

I am cool with chatting about it now. Just in case next time(if there is) if the same issues come up again, at least there is a consensus about which direction to go.

Hahah I loled too. It was kind of a racist question. I mean nobody will come out and explain why it is racist. But it just is.

Is it just me, or did the question in PT B specify to only talk about her non-verbal conduct? And to argue that that the mom's non-verbal conduct was to be excluded?? So why are people talking about her excited utterance? I actually made a heading for verbal conduct after nonverbal conduct just to be safe.

I read the instructions very thoroughly (or so i thought). Any input?

At the end of the day, shouldn't we just be concerned about not being in the bottom 30-35% of test takers?

Dave, right? Nah I don't think Dave got shit.
Yeah. Great. Many people argued "ademption" but I didn't and I'm happy about it.

How about the injunction to take down the fence and give back the 15 foot? I said its a must because the issue is not irreparable and money damages is not enough to compensate the neighbor for depriving him from his property inspite of the damage. Any thoughts?

That was pretty much my strategy. Hope it worked.

I was the opposite; didn't have much to write for all but one of the essays and left way early. But still banking on MBE and MPT to pass. Yikes.

I read Hunger Games. And would be having a mimosa if I had champagne at home. But I'm also still mentally and physically recovering. Work yesterday was brutal.

Perhaps it is just me, but I have always found the MPT/Essays to be substantially easier than the MBE. I have taken and passed Kentucky where we had a mixture of Kentucky Essays and MEE, and Indiana where we have the MPT and Indiana essays. I have always finished early, always written a lot and never been complety surprised by the questions. I didnt think anything about the MPT was at all difficult, just time consuming, and that was the first time I had ever looked at a MPT question.

The MBE is what it is. Some you will know, some you will narrow down to 2 and others will be a complete wtf moment. Having taken July, I definitely found this MBE to be on par, although just slightly easier than July. Just remember, you will have gotten correct a lot of the ones you had it narrowed down to 2 on. In the end, as long as you did ok on the rest of the exam, you can miss like 70+ questions and still pass

Do people remember seeing how many words they types per question on the MEE? I don't feel like I had a chance to write enough. :(
I hit the limit on one of the essays. Had 3,800 to 4,000 on some others. On Wills and Secured Transactions that shit was all made up so very few words.
3800 words in 30 minutes! yikes I failed.
I call bullshit. Unless you decided to recite every fact in the essay (a bad idea), there's no reason why you should even be writing that much.

Pffft. I guess you didn't do any of the Themis exams. They go into great detail on the rule statements and then rehash even the most obvious facts when applying the analysis.

I mean you *can* write 3,800 words. Why not give a counter-argument for every argument, but you shouldn't because most people, except for this person apparently cannot write 3,800 words in 30 minutes.

In my state I just have to be in the top 20%. On the other hand, 96% from my school pass the MN bar sooo I know it's relatively likely I failed. I just don't feel good about this thing though.

Whoever mentioned free time above nailed it. This is fucking awesome.
