At least I'm not the only person who thought that PT was awful. I was pumped when they have us the rule to organize the memo with in the assignment memo, but that excitement didn't last long. Luckily the essays weren't bad.

Zero analysis and only a handful of facts. What did you write then? 12,500 is nothing to sneeze at.

So this means PR won't be in Wednesday's essays right?

PT was fine for me. Essays seemed straightforward. I'm sure I fcked up the third one but I don't really care. Then again, I might have fcked up on the PT too, compared to all the other crazy PTs I've run into, this one was pretty straightforward.

Wait why is everyone upset about essay #3? I thought it was pretty straightforward, though I definitely misstated at least one rule. Was there some huge surprise issue I missed? :(

I think even if we tried to hide it from the people with extended time, everyone knows someone who knows someone taking the bar exam lol Either way, I can only count on myself and what I put down on that paper. Hopefully, today's work will be enough to pass. Good to luck to everyone tomorrow! Off to bed i go. :D

Aside from tomorrow I'm crossing my fingers that I never see the word "UCC" again.

I'm actually wondering this too... I thought it was easy and that makes me worry that I missed something.

I did reread the essay prompt about 5,000 times to make sure it didn't say "Answer according to CA law. :(

I felt like that 3rd essay just tested all the minor rules from that subject, not the big obvious ones I spent the vast majority of my time prepping for. And yeah PR will definitely be Thursday.

Good luck tomorrow everyone!

Agreed. I didn't even study the stuff that was asked in that question. I skimmed through my outline during lunch because I wanted to see if the law I made up was even close and I didn't even bother to include most of those topics in my outline.

Man, the more I think about the PT, the more crappy I feel about it. It's not good when some of the PTs that scored below 60 on baressays don't seem that poorly written. Granted, I don't know if they completely botched the instructions or not but they all seem relatively complete and organized.

Honestly it just seemed TOO basic. I bareelllyyyy remember those rules so I had to make shit up. Not even looking to see how off-base I was. Sigh. So cranky.

Yep, I thought the third essay was weird. It was like a set of questions and you either knew it because you went over it yesterday, or you studied every rule in the Federal Rules of Civ Procedure, or you glanced over it because you were too busy getting lost in the "big" civ pro topics.

I sorta guessed, I think I guessed right, nothing I can do about it now
