I'm getting screen fatigue and dizziness too. Like one of the other posters said, looking away every 20 minutes or so helps. I wear glasses, not sure if you do too but I find that looking at the screen without my glasses helps as well if you can manage.

"hi gyez, my name is professor bird thistle" he says in a nasally voice, pushing his glasses up his nose

Does anyone have any tips on essay writing/structure? I find myself running out of time when I write my essays because I'm trying to make everything flow right. FYI I am sitting for PA and NJ

THIS. Anyone? I spend way too much time trying to make things flow. Is semi-choppy acceptable or nah? I THINK the only way to get around this is to memorize short rule statements cold. Seems sorta impossible considering there are like a zillion rules, though. :?

Also, where is everyone percentage wise? Checking in at 38%, but pretty sure I'm super behind.

Uhh, 38% is pretty bad man. Time to step it up.

Following the course schedule in the pdf and I'm at 47%. Luckily, you've got some time to catch up. If you do like an extra hour a day, you should be fine.

Phew. Okay. Yeah, I'm checking off the long outline, but only using it from time to time when I need to look something up. Still gonna step it up these next few days. Thanks, guys.

Did ok on evidence 3 considering its my weakest area and I was below 40% on adaptibar.

Also would have been helpful if Themis actually described each part of mimic. Ugh.

Just took a graded essay and as I submitted the page timed out due to some internet/server issue, and sounds like the essay did not make it to grader. Emailing tech support to see if they either got it or there's anyway to recover it. I'm burning :x :x :x

The really sucks. All my essays have gone through fine, but I'd be pissed if that happened to me. At least it's better than a computer fuck up during the actual exam.

Just annoying because now I know the question so kind of defeats the whole purpose of redoing it, even though I will. Who knows, maybe they will have some way or recovering it - I'm not too hopeful though.

I wouldn't redo if I were you. It makes no sense if you've already read the model answer. Honestly, I find reading the Themis model answers a lot more beneficial than attempting the questions. The model answers are amazing, but no one has the time or ability to write them in full as they appear in Themis, nevertheless they are very helpful.

I hear you, but this was a graded essay and I have yet to see the model so would be good to get comments. My answer will just be better then it otherwise would have been though cause now I have more time to consider the question. Wtvr, it'll be another half hour and not as helpful comments on one of the essays :?

I really suck at Civil Procedure. It's been 6 years since I took Civil Procedure in law school. I graduated law school in 2013. If anyone has any tips for Civ Pro, I would really appreciate it, because I am scoring in the 40s % range in Civ Pro  I'm so scared now :( If it weren't for Civ Pro, I think I'd have a good shot at passing the bar!

His lectures are so long too!! 10 corporation lectures, all like 20 minutes each, covering only 2 pages of a handout. So bored, can't deal, even at 2x+. :(

Use the video speed controller Google Chrome app. I watch him on 2x and skip his examples. It cuts them from 20 minutes to 8 minutes

Bright side - grader's sending me a new essay to do. Extra half hour of work? Yea, but at least the feedback will actually matter now. I'll take it.

In case anyone didn't know about this feature, I'm sharing an amazing summary breakdown I just found by accident. If you go into course progress and click on one of the module names near the graphs, you can get the history of your MBE scores and essay scores. The graded essay module lets you compare your scores with other Themis users!

Just remember the course schedule is if you are doing 100% of the whole program. While I'm sure we should aim for 100%, the real target is 75% of the whole course.

In other words, 38% is completely fine with 5+ weeks left.

Yo this is fucking legit!!! If you look at MBE PQs it shows you how you're doing on each subject

Just did Con law session 2 and got worked. Ugh. Got almost every wrong answer down to two choices (the right answer and the wrong one) and chose wrong every time.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
