Or it might be early next week. Which is not much earlier than July 2015's release date.

Might not though, they have had sporadic news, it's not consistent.

Yes, it has to be very recent because I was on it about 2hrs ago and it had the option to change the address.... Anyone observed this and the time it took to release results on previous exams?

On a thread about Feb. 2015 results the address change thing happened around 10:45 am and the results were released at 5:00 pm that day

February 2015 was a 5:00 release, it's varied over the years.

But the ability to actually do it on your BOLE account was available until about 4PM. Now it states:

The Board is currently not processing Change of Address requests. The Board will resume processing such requests after results from the July 2016 bar examination are released. If you pass the July 2016 bar examination, any change of address MUST be made through the Appellate Division to which you were certified. If you do not pass the July 2016 bar examination, please return to the Board’s website after results are released to change your address.

Where/when was this noticed?

The whole reason address change is restricted is because of an early result release to someone, which was detailed in an ATL article.
