I had a bunch in the AM.
Same here. I had about 3 or so in a row in the first section in the PM. It was a little scary given then A's are usually thought to be the wrong choice, but I felt confident on at least the first section in the Pm so I wasn't freaking out about it.

Made for some interesting test taking with him.
That is seriously hilarious!!!! :D

ugh that was a hard one for me. I said tenant can't do that.
I knew "a" rule about exp of the lease but couldn't remember if it only applied to commercial leases
I guessed it was about the fixture rule, and said the tenant should remove if before the end of the lease term.
The fact pattern had the tenant coming back AFTER the lease term had expired. The correct answer was that it is not permissible.

Does anyone know that if males file a con law suit if they would win if it is "Unequal treatment between men and women"?

Also, does anyone know if a rocket hits someone if that's a battery or an abnormally dangerous activity?

It's intermediate scrutiny, but ok to discrim to correct historic discrim. It has to be narrowly tailored though to achieve that purpose though...which is what I think you were getting at...

I dont think if I were to set of a firework in my back yard and it were to hit someone that would be battery unless it was my purpose for lighting them to hit someone or it was substantially certain. Claim would have to rely on neg or determination that setting fireworks is abdormally dangerouse...which in the abstract ;) I would say it probably is.

I believe commercial use of fireworks falls under ultra hazardous activity but private use fireworks does not.

80/100?! What kind of animal are you?!?! Here I was happy with a 68 lol... You should be golden for whatever state you're taking.
I just your post (after a 2 month absence from this site lol). I honestly don't know. I never killed myself over the MBE stuff, but some of the key points drilled by Guzman helped.

Same here and also about 7 C's in the 3rd row on the PM session.

My AM session wasn't bad, finished with good amount of time left (20-30 min)

PM session was much harder and only had like 5 min left. Felt like I was narrowing down a lot of them, but was still guessing on the remaining answer choices.

Overall, easier than July. Hopefully it translates into passing.

I thought the opposite. AM was fine for me, PM felt much harder
Same man. AM felt like the stuff I had been studying. PM felt way more foreign.
Agreed. While I was taking the exam I put a check above the questions I felt about 90% confident on (because I either recognized the rule they were asking about or because I recognized a question that was directly from my lectures just worded differently) and a minus above those that were maybes. In the am session I had 67 checks and in the pm session I only had 37 checks. During the pm session I am sure I mumbled WTF is this the whole 3 hours. I am hoping and praying that out of the 104 checks that I at least got 90 correct which would leave 100 that are graded I was iffy on or just didn't know.

I won't know my MBE score until next week when I get the mail packet, but I passed and I had a shit ton of Bs and Ds.

Oregon doesn't release passing scores at all, but I passed and I had at least one string of repeating letters. Don't remember which letter or even if it was am or pm.

Thanks Rink and Caveman!!

That helps more than you know.. Not to say I passed or anything but it at least gives me hope that passers had similar distribution. On the morning I had hardly no "A"s but tons of "B"s and for sure had tons of "A"s in the evening and like I said those 7 "C"s in the 3rd row in the evening. I remember that clear as day.
