Same. Can't stop thinking about it. Been worrying myself sick! Every 5 mins I swing between wanting to know the results and dreading the results. I think it will be out 24-25 April. I saw somewhere that they almost never release results on mondays and fridays.. any one can confirm this?febtaker2019 wrote:When does everyone think the emails will go out? Based on the past few years, the emails should come early this week and we should know by Wednesday or so at the latest.febtaker2019 wrote:When does everyone think the emails will go out? I can’t stop thinking about it!

I would hope so but the anxiety is absolutely killer now, this weekend I just kept thinking about it despite trying to keep myself busy. But there’s A very good chance that NY BOLE can release it any day starting tomorrow.pvnyc wrote:Well, its your second time, so you have a really good chance.CaYLaw wrote:Missed by seven points total the first time taking it and should have definitely studied harder the first month on mypvnyc wrote:around 12 points in each sectionCaYLaw wrote:Repeater here too, how close were you last time?pvnyc wrote:If I fail for the fourth time, then there is something really wrong with me. If so, why does their website state that results will be released the last week?

Reading comprehension friends: the website states as follows “The results for the February 2019 Bar Examination are expected to be available during the last week of April.”pvnyc wrote:You mean next week?FutureLawyer2 wrote:If so, why does their website state that results will be released the last week?
February 2018: results released on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 (3,759 takers)
February 2017: results released on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 (4,162 takers)
February 2016: results released on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 (4,193 takers)
February 2015: results released on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 (3,997 takers)
February 2014: results released on Thursday, April 24, 2014 (4,032 takers)
February 2013: results released on Thursday, May 2, 2013 (4,152 takers)
February 2012: results released on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 (4,011 takers)
February 2011: results released on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 (3,881 takers)
February 2010: results released on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 (4,031 takers)
February 2009: results released on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 (3,560 takers)
There’s a still a good chance they are released this week though given less takers and the UBE format.

Don’t we have to re-register for July by April 30th?(fingers crossed we won’t have to) But that means they need (or should) to release before then?

RE: April 30th deadline.
Unfortunately not. I'm a fourth time taker so I've been through this last year. They did release before April 30th but they don't have to. If you fail, you'll get a 15 day grace period to decide to take it again and will be able to sign up in May through the BOLE website.

Re: NY February 2019 Group
I received an email from the Third Division barely two weeks after the bar exam, letter stated that the NYBOLE notified them I took the recent (Feb) bar exam and the email contained an attachment of the Admission Packet for the Third Division. It also stated IF I pass the bar exam and IF the NYBOLE certifies me for admission, the requirements contained in the Admission Packet will need to be complied with before I can be admitted. Last Friday, the Third Division sent another email stating the I have been certified by the NYBOLE for admission to the Third Division. Further through the email it also states that a "copy of the certification notice issued by the State Board of Law Examiners is a necessary part of [my] application package."
I have not been notified by the State Board of Law Examiners (I'm guessing this is the NYBOLE) about my certification. I have not received anything in the mail either.
Did anyone else receive this from the other admission divisions? Anyone know what it means to be "certified for admission by the NYBOLE"?

It sounds like positive news, that means you can now register as an attorney with the office of court administration. I am in a different department and have not yet received any new emails since the initial one.neem518 wrote:I received an email from the Third Division barely two weeks after the bar exam, letter stated that the NYBOLE notified them I took the recent (Feb) bar exam and the email contained an attachment of the Admission Packet for the Third Division. Wow! How true is that?! I'm in the Third Department, I received the first email just a week after the exam, but haven't received the second email. Should I be worried? Has anyone from the Third Department received similar emails? This is dreadful!neem518 wrote:I received an email from the Third Division barely two weeks after the bar exam, letter stated that the NYBOLE notified them I took the recent (Feb) bar exam and the email contained an attachment of the Admission Packet for the Third Division. I received the first and not the second but I think it'd be off if I did receive the second because I haven't completed the NYLC or MPRE yet, maybe FutureLawyer2's experience is different?

Did anyone from the FIRST DEPARTMENT (who has completed the NYLE and the MPRE) get a second email after the one that went out on March 25 with the standard "we heard you took the test, if you pass you will have to present these documents" etc. language?washington_mystics wrote:TheJuryMustDie wrote:Wow! Is there a way to attach a screenshots? I'm in the Third Department, and the email was sent by AD3_Admission@nycourts.gov. The letter that was attached to the email was in the letterhead of the State of New York, Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department, Admissions Office.

Each department works independently from the other departments. So, maybe third department received results and is already processing them.
For the other departments, this second email comes 10 days after release of bar results.
