No...mine was the PM Session. But not sure if we all have the exact SAME questions for both AM and PM.victortsoi wrote:for both sessions?Underoath wrote:I think mine too....I can't remember exactly!!! I feel like I had mostly C's & D's, very few A's, moderate B's....
I would have thought that they would randomize better than that though...can we really glean anything from people anecdotally having a lot of the same letters?

Oh man, this question almost made me giggle I was so dumbfounded....InTheWideLand I Walk wrote: No... Way. Barbri had a question with an executor-decedent relationship and smj. They also had a question with a complaint being dismissed 2 times and then being filed a third time.
I recall other things as well but those 2 were like narrow as hell, woulda never gotten em if i didnt do barbris questions.

Lol that's awesome to hear about so many D's. Makes me feel not alone.
But it was weird. The fact patterns were more straightforward than Barbri's, but the answers were way more narrow than I was ready for. At least a couple I had it down to two answers that were nearly identical but were separated by a word like "sufficiently" or something.

I think they jumble the question order, so definitely don't go overly neurotic about things like what column they were in.

The main things I didn't know shit about were juries and mortgages.

I feel some of this is getting close to ban territory. I want to comment on a couple of this stuff, but would rather not get IP banned.

I have never felt this dumb.
Nothing seemed right. Nothing at all.

Massive amount of hours and measuring my progress, for what? Sheeshk. I'll feel lucky if I even get 50% right.
So, we all spend dozens and dozens of hours studying for fuck all for it to turn on which course you did...haha.
So many were so horribly written. I had to read one a few times to figure out who the hell these people were and who said what to whom.
WTF with the Wills question too? I'm sure that was a test question.

Re: MBE - how'd you feel?
There was one question where they used different job titles to to refer to the same person. That was needlessly complicated.

guys i know we all want to vent from our horrible experience today but please remember to be very general as per the rules...you don't want this thread locked.
Again, I have to say I'm happy i bought adaptibar in addition to barbri. Barbri's approach aside from a few niche areas might have even hurt me i think.

why are we not allowed to talk about the actual questions? I was told from the bar that everyone takes the MBE on the same day, even those with accommodations( like myself).

a prosecutor can only be prevented from exercising preemptory challenges to potential jurors if it violates the equal protection clause. is that right?Lobolaw1984 wrote:I know - lol what about all those jury questions?
