As easily predicted the lawsuits against Examsoft are beginning. For starters, Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practice; Negligence; Breach of Contract; Unjust Enrichment.
If you didn’t pass the bar, it’s not your fault (unless of course your Examsoft loaded up right away, then you are SOL).
I wonder how much of a hit Examsoft can handle before becoming insolvent. Who could take their place (who would even want to)? Future exam takers may want to practice their cursive handwriting skills.

Alex, I want to go for the bonus points and say that if everybody passes the bar then Edelson will drop their suit.
At that point Examsoft’s “no harm, no foul” defense should carry the day. IMHO.
