Anyone else having trouble making appointments for things in May? For me, it's plans with friends, dentist, etc. Like when people say oh you wanna hang May 6, I'm like LOL ILL KNOW THE RESULTS THEN! THAT DATE ISNT REAL! Or am I nutcase.

4th department wanted the application and affidavits to be post-marked by April 17th, I sent everything out on the 13th. So they have my whole application. And there's some fun, If I pass, I get to fill out a sheet and give them $375.

I am very suspicious when the state bar wants our application even before our results. Do they pass fail us based on that? I don't think so, but its possible. I hate everything with possibilities. ahhhhhhhhhh

I have a lecture I'm attending on Thursday so if I don't pass I'll at least get a day (by my April 27 official release prediction) before having to tell all my coworkers I failed.

My boss asked if I could attend a Title IX training the last week of July, so I was like oh shoot, an excuse not to retake! And then I'm getting married in December, so there another excuse not to retake. Basically if I fail I'm never retaking and I'll just hang my MSW degree on the wall only and call it a day.

I'm going to start studying May 1st. if i fail..
all the hotels and airbnb seem full by other early signers.....

Haha, that would be so unethical. But ya never know. I just had to get everything in (if I pass) to be sworn in by June 19th. Otherwise they said it wouldn't be until January.

If I were to fail, I'm hoping they keep all that on file, cause it was a pain to get those affidavits signed (5 in total for me, with 2 attorney's changing jobs). But I copied everything twice, just in case. Man, I really hope I pass along with the rest of you.

According to the letter I got after I took the exam. That's what it said.

me too... I scanned a copy for myself as well.
I think they will leave it in file. It doesn't make sense to do the whole thing again.

Oh and the different departments are notified from BOLE, so sending your application before bar results are released has no bearing on whether or not you pass or fail. I guess the 4th department just wants everything upfront. Except for the "pass" sheet with $375.

In 1st Dept we can't get our stuff in yet. They won't let us.
