You pretty much typed up exactly what I've been thinking nonstop since finishing the exam this time (my second time). I feel like a total loser now for really seriously thinking that I could have typed in my # incorrectly like 3 or 4 times, then that the examiners could have made a mistake, etc... basically just in disbelief that I did not pass.

I wish I could help you (and myself) somehow, but this shi+ sucks and it will continue to suck for 8 more days. :x :x :x Extending my well wishes!

First words out of my mothers mouth when I passed the bar: "thank goodness, I don't know what I would have done if you didn't pass again"

I am not Asian, but my family was pretty invested :)

And while the feeling of failure sucks the worst, I would not trade it for the feeling I got when I finally passed.

THAT was an amazing feeling, I still get happy thinking about it.

It's great and makes all the shit worth it. I told every single person I passed. I told the guy at the gym, i told the guy in the checkout lane at the grocery store, i told random waiters.

I almost can't wait for Friday either just to relive it all through you guys.

As if I wasn't already anxious... The firm I'm with started their associate interviews today. Yep seeing all the candidates show up made me sick to my stomach. The pressure is on...

Just glad that I didn't feel this shitty before the exam. The irony that waiting for exam results anxiety far exceeds exam taking anxiety itself.

That's been one of my huge reservations - I hope I don't have to discuss how I haven't passed with any SA's or incoming associates (until it's history I can look back and laugh on). Fortunately, I don't foresee that situation coming up before the end of next week.

By then, everything will either be great . . . Or from the point of view of a cynic, it may not matter after that ;)

I feel everyone's pain...the partners and attorneys at my office have been bringing it up jokingly every day like "what's today's countdown?!" As if I needed any reminders

Brutal. Fingers crossed that a week from today we'll find it more funny...

Any chance that results may be posted early? Has this happened before?

I think in theory everything is possible. I don't know if it has happened before. But frankly, it is very very very unlikely that the examiners will break from tradition and release early. I think this is the only place where they tell you when you take the exam when the results will be released. Also, they gave people until today to update their mailing addresses for results. Basically, we should just hunker down and stay busy so that this week doesn't go by too slow.

I've never heard of this. I think the standard is that results are released that Friday, and letters arrive on Monday.

Four more nights - the count-down has started. Not that it makes me feel better. But at least the waiting will have an end.
Good luck to everyone!

This is basically how I feel. A part of me is happy to finally find out and move on with life, the other part is just not ready to know. #terrified.

So at this point all the exams are graded and our fates have already been determined as to whether we passed or failed. It's only a matter of publishing the pass list. Can't wait until this is all over. I would never wish this psychological torture upon anyone.
