People, please stop discussing the topics and answers of the MBE questions. It's against the rules. Continuing to discuss these will lead to a ban.

Could you give us a little bit of an explanation as to what is allowed and what isn't? No one seems to know for sure, but we do seem to be getting closer to and closer to rule violations. And, I think I speak for many when I say we would like to discuss this stuff to the extent allowed, but no one wants banned (or to get the thread deleted) either.A. All I've seen is that we're allowed to discuss the questions with an "extremely broad level of specificity," which means to me that we can use some specifics/broadly discuss the issues as long as don't get into the meat of the question.
I don't want banned, but personally, based off the sticky, I'm clueless as to what discussions are fair game and what discussions aren't.

So I'm thinking 150 raw with a 160 score when you include the curve bump.

I know, it's not really obvious where to draw the lines. It's fine to talk about topics in generalities, like "the crim pro question involving the car search totally tripped me up." Please don't then talk about the answers that you gave, though - while by now everyone should have taken it, and I agree that people reading this thread for answers might end up more confused than anything elseodoylerulez wrote:Could you give us a little bit of an explanation as to what is allowed and what isn't? (I don't know if the NCBE has ever come after us, but they do monitor online discussion of questions - though I'm sure they're not remotely successful in eliminating it - and since LSAC has come after us about LSAT discussions, we err on the side of caution here.)
Mostly I'm with those saying you should stop worrying about or thinking about the questions AT ALL, and try to forget the exam till your results come back.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
