I love that you talked miranda warnings. I wish I'd thought of it. On some of the questions I just defined terms. But from what I understand, that's helpful. I basically just memorized all the rules from sample essay answers in the Barbri NY book and applied them, sometimes more appropriately than other and I was really hoping for a 4A question.

I don't know how to convert from raw to scaled. But, I was told that they put everything on a curve and pass the top 80%.
I would love that to be true, but 80%? When the pass rate is 66%?

My exam soft didn't upload till 8:50. I didn't get to the hotel till really late lst night due to road closures, and just passed out at 6. Examsoft said it went through but the test center said something about by 8:30?
