So... If your name would alphabetically appear first under a given letter-- do those people essentially find out early if they passed? If those first names that appear are actual test takers who passed? *stomach lurches* Guess I won't be eating anything for the next 24 hours!

I think whatever he/she was posting was an example. I don't think they'll actually just list one name under each letter for a "placeholder."

The first time I saw it I thought they were building the list, I totally freaked out, haha. Until an attorney in my office figured out they were just using names from the previous test's pass list.

I just meant that putting names up as place holders will cause lots of conniptions. Even if they are from last year. Because not everyone will know that, and people will think that they are either building this year's list or that 26 individuals from this year found out early.

Yeah, but we only got the link by pulling up last years and changing the address to this year. Hopefully not as many people are as desperate as we are I think you are right about conniptions though. But we are connipting (new word!) just fine already, haha

Same for me, I'm fairly confident it was active by now at this point in the waiting game last time. Perhaps they are changing it up, or the results are not coming till Thursday, or they are just a little behind, really no way to know.

I agree with you, but I heard second-hand from a friend of a Texas Supreme Court clerk that results are supposed to be released tomorrow. Who knows at this point.
