I think whatever he/she was posting was an example. I don't think they'll actually just list one name under each letter for a "placeholder."

Yes they will, that is what the example is meant to demonstrate, well, at least that's what they have done.

Maybe they only passed one person for each letter of the alphabet this year.

Haha, now that would be distressing.

Luckily my last name starts with X. Less competition.

The first time I saw it I thought they were building the list, I totally freaked out, haha. Until an attorney in my office figured out they were just using names from the previous test's pass list.

It's people who have already passed a previous bar exam on a list that you can't actually access from the BLE website yet, so I don't think it's shitty?

Just the kind of nonsense I'd expect to hear from somebody who's name starts with an X.

I just meant that putting names up as place holders will cause lots of conniptions. Even if they are from last year. Because not everyone will know that, and people will think that they are either building this year's list or that 26 individuals from this year found out early.

I think we're the only test takers in the state who are constantly refreshing a dead, unadvertised URL right now, so it shouldn't cause too many conniptions.

Yeah, but we only got the link by pulling up last years and changing the address to this year. Hopefully not as many people are as desperate as we are :) I think you are right about conniptions though. But we are connipting (new word!) just fine already, haha

That's the Chrome message. IE (which I use at work) is just plain old HTTP 404. Maybe I'll switch it up for a fresh look.

But really, what time should we be expecting the change today, if it's coming at all?

If what TXBarTaker09 has described is true again this year, I'd think by EOB today

Same for me, I'm fairly confident it was active by now at this point in the waiting game last time. Perhaps they are changing it up, or the results are not coming till Thursday, or they are just a little behind, really no way to know.

Maybe the BLE has been watching our forum and is on to us, and just to mess with us decided to change the address for the link ever so slightly....

The fact that they sent the fake bar release e-mail drawing everyone offsides, only to say its really the 6th, makes me think any results tomorrow is a pipe dream.

I'm sure someone over there is aware of this forum. They're probably quite entertained right now.

I agree with you, but I heard second-hand from a friend of a Texas Supreme Court clerk that results are supposed to be released tomorrow. Who knows at this point.
