Yeah, I based my answer off this Kaplan question.
Also, wasn't it libel because it was in writing? Am I confusing it with another question?

I took it as substantially true because the reason it would be slanderous is that the defendant said he was a thief. The amount is not very important. If he is not a thief it is slander. If he is a thief, the exact amount will not make him less of a thief so the defense of "truth" still applies.

So all i have to do tonight is go over every fucking MBE topic because most of them are pretty strongly predicted to appear tomorrow and odds are that at least one that is not predicted is going to appear instead of one that is.

That's exactly what I thought

Put substantially true. Wut bout the con question that asked about indigent lady with kid. Fundamental right issue or rational basis cuz no intent to discriminate? Last 30 Qs I was on life support.

July was easier for me and I got only 135 raw
this time may 100 if I am lucky

Same...I remember feeling like I destroyed AM session of July...Then could barely stay awake in the PM and ended up with 126
I was able to keep my energy up this time but I wasn't nearly as confident for either session

I had it and went with substantially true...Never seen that issue before...I was hoping the exact amount wasn't important

I'm not going to comment on any questions, but as a matter of law, I believe if you are discussing falsity, it doesn't have to be exactly true (e.g., she "stole the Spider Monkey from the S.F. Zoo last Friday morning" when the real situation is she "stole the Howler Monkey from the Oakland Zoo last Friday night") if you get close you still have a truth defense.

You cannot execute someone who is so insane that they do not realize they are going to be executed. That is the law. Besides it is no fun executing someone who doesn't understand that they are being punished. It is just cruel.

Anyone know if the one timers calculator is accurate? I feel like the formula they use for that is lenient and gives us false hope.
But the general rule is 62.5/128?

You can dig around the Cal Bar website and find the formula they use to calculate your score for each examination. Play with the Feb 2013 formula and not July 2013 one.

Porn site I said that he had to split the question because he could only ask about one part.
Toxic waste and mom I have NO idea what I put for that. I think said sure why not.
Execution I said they had to stay it and not overturn it.
Anyone else notice there were a LOT of morons contracting with other morons?!
Speaking of morons....a proctor had to explain what finger was your index finger to a NUMBER of students. Are you fucking kidding me?! You want to be a LAWYER and you need someone to tell you index finger equals your pointer finger?! There is a much longer tirade I want to go on about that but I'll refrain from doing so.
