My guess is Property with high confidence and evidence which I think is likely but not certain and I would expect some kind of mixed test. Maybe even a PR/corporations or something.

Property and evidence from both of you. Last property was LL/T so I'm assuming that's off the table.

Re: California Bar Exam (February 2014) thread
i think this is actually the way to do it. this format was tested one time previously (yes, i happened to come across it while studying) and in that one time both sample answers wrote up VC and P and then said "JK it's CP, bitch. doesn't apply"Max Cady wrote:I started applying VC and Per and midway saw that they didn't apply so I basically spelled out the formulas and then put jk doesn't apply. Hope the graders don't skim my essays too much and assume I thought it applied.

Would they really do a full pr then have another partial pr question? I wouldn't mind, but just wondering.
How would you characterize today's pt? Thought it was property then i thought it was k. Not sure anymore. Sine non-bar subject?

So, don't want to freak anyone out, but did anyone else see Erie in the Civ Pro question? Haven't scrolled through the whole thread, but so far haven't seen anyone mention it.

I don't think anyone can truly know 100% for sure which is the right choice. In that sense, we are all guessing on all the questions.

I had a section of 7 As in a row. Even if I was doing my best and not "guessing," it can still mess up the flow like that.
