Does anyone know where I can find the print MEE exam we're supposed to complete today? Or is it only available online?

If you're speaking about the Milestone Exams, they're available in the Multistate Practice Exams book. I just did my answers on a spare piece of paper rather than in the book.

Thanks cleanhustle. This may sound idiotic, but do you know what page the essay exam starts? I can only find the multiple choice milestone. :?

Copped a 51% on the Milestone exam. Ugh

Half of all my incorrect answers were in Contracts. Ugh, and half of those were formation questions. Formation is my most missed subject on the practice questions too.

Getting way behind on my shit. Had to wrap up some work-work today, which took longer than expected (as expected). Gonna grind out some longer days this week and get back on track.

Hello everyone, where can I find detailed explanations to the milestone exams? I have bought the Themis books but couldn't afford the whole course, therefore I don't have online access for explanations. Can anyone help me out? Thank you.

Sorry, I'm an idiot, I was thinking of the MPT! I think the essays just come up when you go into the relevant bit on the website.

I did the Milestone exam #1 online. Was there an essay portion as well? I'm confused now.

Me too. Got a few questions wrong because I wasn't really reading them. I'll chalk the low score up to the fact it was the first multi-topic exam we've taken.

Essays are in the MEE Essay Exam #1.

Multiple topics was annoying, but seriously not as hard for me as the time/fatigue. I rushed to finish the last questions of the MBE portion because I was so unengaged, and my success (and careless mistakes) show it !

Seconding Nebby's q - has anyone found a way to improve with this? Best strategy I can think of now is just making myself do big blocks of questions with adaptibar/something similar, and this is spurring on my paranoia to do that. I can do the sets of 17 and 34 fine, but the set of 45 was a real drain for me!

I keep track of all the questions I miss on PQs and the Milestone Exams, and after doing the scheduled PQs and Milestones thus far, it is at least nice to see where my weaknesses lie.

As things stand, the two subjects I need to work on the most out of everything is Formation of Contracts (mostly Mutual Assent) and Disputes About Ownership in Land (mostly The Land Sale Contract).

I think I am going to sit down and read these sections completely in the full outline before going to bed this evening to really try and absorb it more.

I'm less than thrilled with my milestone 1 performance as well! I overthink things.
[+] Spoiler
ie the woman who aims the gun at her husband and sister. my first thought was correct, only assault against the sister b/c she didn't know it wasn't loaded, but then I think the woman had to go grab the gun, how does the husband know she didn't reload it? so then I picked the wrong answer.
And like another poster said, it was hard to concentrate for 45 questions. I do think being at the actual exam gives you an extra shot of panic/energy though!

I think these tort questions were extra bad because I had been consistently getting 70s+ on the PQ's and Torts was my worst subject on this milestone. :x

Yeah, I didn't like the con law guy either...I thought it was just because he had a strange accent but maybe there was some substantive reason I didn't like him.

58% on the milestone exam. I feel good about it, becuased I clearly just don't know the elements (as opposed to actual confusion about their application). I can solve my problem with memorization. Flash cards, ahoy...

Same score here... There were 2 questions I should've gotten and just wasn't reading carefully enough. At least Themis reassures you and says not to be scared by the score. hahaha

Ugh I had one that I missed because I straight up missed one word that was the deciding factor in the answer. It was the one about the dog shelter donation from the girl who had been assigned payment for the lawyer's services to client. Part of it fucked with me because I am almost POSITIVE that the MPRE would forbid this fee arrangement....

that was exactly my thinking on that question. if it were me, i'd be put in imminent apprehension, and the fact pattern didnt say whether the guy knew that there were no more bullets. laaaaame.

Yeah that question was crap, and I disagree with the bar examiners' explanation. I'd be fine with it if they included some fact that indicated that the husband KNEW 100% that it wasn't going to fire - like if he had removed the firing pin right before he went in to have sex with the sister. But instead, we have a giant time gap, and we're expected to assume that of course the husband knows the gun is still unloaded. Absolute crap. It's precisely th kind of question that, if you chose the "assault against only the sister" option, the examiners could easily turn around and say, "Well how did the husband KNOW it wasn't loaded?!"

Felt like I got wrecked on that milestone and I did. 58%. But that seems to be average. So yay?

It certainly seemed like the questions got harder as we kept going. I wonder if that is how the actual MBE is, the questions towards the end are harder than the questions in the beginning.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
