I read the question, answer yes or no in my head, thus I only have 2 answers to go through usually. I don't read all the answers unless I just have no clue...

Dunno. I've just always read fast since I was little
Me too.
There's only so long I can stare at a question. Either I can figure out the right answer or I can't, and there's a maximum amount of time it takes to decide that.
Also, I don't need to pee every hour.

Often I narrowed it down to two answers and thought "ok this answer turns on a rule that I don't know. I can't reason my way through this any further" and I just picked one.
Hope it works out :/

I think one reason everyone thought there were so many mortgages was because a lot of them were really testing contract. And there weren't many future interest questions. Hence the feeling lots of mortgages.

My answers on the MBE really came down to what "felt" right. Not necessarily the mechanical application of law to fact.

Just got home.
What'd I miss? Is there a consensus? Did it feel easier or harder than barbri questions?

So I am one of those people who had several D's. Also, toward the end of the harder of the two sessions, I had to make educated guesses due to lack of timing. I ended up filling in several B's.
How did I forget what the property clause is? I didn't pick it.

What I want to know is if this WTF reaction from the vast majority of people is just a repeat of the same thing every year? Do people usually walk out of the MBE feeling this way? Or did they start to change the content starting this year? Can anyone who's taken it multiple times comment?

1. nerves
2. you only remember the hard ones, and not the easy ones
3. you cannot immediately grade like you are used to, so you've never had to deal with this before
just keep that in mind.

5ky not to be a hater but I'm a little nervous the mbe has gotten harder since you had to walk uphill both ways to take it. July 14 and feb 15 numbers were shit compared to the good ol days
