Nov. 5th, 1-2 PM.

Your lunch break has never been more stressful.

Although you'll probably be refreshing the link over and over Nov. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th anyway, because I always did regardless. Couldn't help it.

Went to law school in Louisiana, and had to erase my memory of that law to learn Texas and Common law in 10 weeks I'm hoping I retained enough

I've been watching different States message boards as their results come out to help with the anxiety. Now that Virginia is out, any other states coming up before us? **sigh** Several of my coworkers have told me to chill out....I have a few choice words for them which will remain in my head. Almost there everyone!! As another attorney told me, when someone asks how you are/did, say "cautiously optimistic." lol....

I think it is just Texas, Maryland, Rhode Island and Cali left. With Cali being last.

So, I was wondering if there's any truth to something I heard recently. I just got hired, and the office was out at lunch when one of the attorneys said "Oh [the big boss] usually knows bar results by the Monday before results come out, so if you don't hear from him be worried." And then people laughed, and I guess I was just processing what she said and debating internally whether that was a joke that I didn't ask if she was telling the truth. Anyway, could that be true? That a director or partner somehow knows results before they are released? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm pretty on edge this whole week and anything anyone tells/asks me about the bar freaks me out

That doesn't make any sense. It's 2015, if the BLE gives results to a few people they've effectively given results to everyone.

To the above poster:

This is simply not true. The person who told you this was simply either joking with you or messing with you knowing that you are experiencing a heightened state of anxiety right now. That is all.

Plus, I'm 95% certain that even today, the list hasn't been compiled as the scores are still be assembled and verified, then re-verified, scaled, ect.

My boss told me that the list is more than likely being processed right now. And that Thursday is the day if they follow the tradition of releasing them a day early.

But I seriously doubt anyone knows.

Any chance they might come in way early like that one time results came in on Halloween? I hear less people took the Texas bar this year.

I guess anything is possible. Just refresh the link TxBarTaker posted. He said Thursday after lunch, so banking on that experience.

From what I can gather, the year they went up on Halloween, they were originally slated for release on November 1. So it was still just a day early. Think it's extremely unlikely they go up before Thursday, though that's not stopping me from checking constantly.

Can you repost the link that will go live once the results are out? I'm posting "on the sly" and can't have my screen up to go to previous pages. Thank you!

Essentially, the Texas BLE website, has replaced Google as my homepage. This year's MBE is what really has me on pins and needles. Needless to say, I'm still cautiously optimistic. Good luck to everyone! The day is nearly upon us. 72 hours and counting. . . :|

Same :( I'm currently doing a fellowship-to-potential-job but they can't make the offer until I'm licensed. Can't believe that my immediate future will be more or less decided in 72 hours
