I just got the email, three days late.

I still haven't received it, but I'm pretty sure they have my old email address. I wouldn't stress about it though.

Not trying to throw you under the bus. I just got to work and can barely focus on getting anything done at this point.

Just wondering . . . does anyone know if the BLE or any of the bar review companies have issued any sort of statement on the MBE snafu? Being blindsided like that just seems so . . . wrong.

Bahahaha, fair enough. I guess on the scale of things I'm worried about, the email is really far down a rather long list. :) But, you are right, I get kind of annoyed when people tell me not to stress and here I am, doing it. Apologies, krendall55

I have no idea how I'm supposed to get any work done in the next few days... It's just so hard to concentrate. I wish I could think about ANYTHING else besides bar results. But, nope.

I'm going to court to observe and doing some CLEs to pass the time. I doubt I'll really accomplish anything this week.

It's very hard to focus on work when you're this close to release day that's for sure. You're goal is pretty much for the week to go by as quickly as possible.

I would say it's 75-80% likely. I think the first time I took it the pass list was posted around 2-2:30, the second time it was around 1:15 I think.

Damn. I want two things:
1. Scores to come out and show that we all passed
2. Waffles

I'm sure one of these wishes is caused by some outside stimulus.

Scores, waffles, work or waffles, scores, work.
Either way, work comes third.

Any guesses as to the state pass rate for this exam? My school's rate was down by several points in February, so I have no idea what to think about July.

Overall pass rate? First time takers will be around 75-79%. Repeaters will be around 40%

I felt good about 9 of 15 hours of the bar (days 1 and 3). I also had a dream the other night that I got a scaled 110 on the MBE, which could be optimistic, though.

I'm right there with you. I keep hearing "Everyone thinks they failed, you'll be fine," but I feel like I guessed my way through the MBE. I had a dream that one of the partners at my firm came into my office to tell me my score for some reason. I woke up before he told me :?

February bar takers are made up much more of re-takers than July, so that lowers the overall pass rate for schools, July is a better indication because that's mostly first timer recent graduates.

Yep. I feel like my MBE score could be anything from 100-150 and I wouldn't be shocked with anything in between.

I actually have no idea how I did on anything. I didn't blackout and I wrote answers for everything, so I'm just hoping that's enough haha.

You'll feel worse about each testing portion the longer the time goes by. I took a look at my essays the other day and I couldn't even remember doing them. I had my hand written notes and everything (and I remember one of the parts of the essay questions I had no clue, so hopefully I guessed well) but at this point you're scores have been determined so there's really no point in worrying about it now. It's just anxiousness as you await your scores.

I know my answer to the UCC question was a complete and total cluster. Last essay, I was tired, terrible headache, contacts dried up, I threw everything at it that I could vomit about UCC/ comm paper. Hope the grader enjoyed it!

Haha, same here. I knew I was going to bomb UCC and secured transactions so I just threw everything I remembered at it.

+1 in the MBE freak out. I'm praying for 67.5% on it but I feel like I'm closer to 100-120 raw score.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
