I heard you search by your bar exam ID number, then there are 3 columns: Florida, MBE, and Overall. And you get "pass" or "fail" for each column. Does that sound right? Cuz I'm thinking I got a great big "fail" for the FL portion but maybe passed MBE and therefore could either pass or fail the whole thing

Also, what kind of letter do they send out if you decide to just wait for the letter? Is it skinny if you pass and fat if you fail, or vice versa? Some states send a fat packet if you pass because they're sending a bunch of welcome stuff and directions to a swearing in, copy of ethics rules, etc. Some states send a fat packet it you fail because they're sending info about reapplying to take the dang thing again.
You got the website part right
It's 3 columns and the third Column is overall pass fail
So don't worry as long as the last column says pass
Be sure to hold up a paper so you can follow the line across the page; last yr it was all text with no tables or anything
You get a skinny letter if u pass
Last yr I got a letter from Rick Scott too congratulating me for passing
Isn't there a fourth column that says if you can practice law or something similar? Maybe I heard incorrectly.
Oh yeah that right 4th column is eligible to be sworn but you should know that already
When you see the results on the net if you got a judge around you he probs has the paperwork and can do it right away if you so wish

So maybe someone has info on this. I submitted my Conversion Application back in 2013 to convert my CLI into an actual Bar Clearance. Took the Bar in July. I have been getting consistent letters from the Bar every 6 weeks telling my they haven't received anything back from my references. I have checked with all of my references( they are all pretty upstanding folks) and have been assured they replied. I have sent 4 amendments to my application updating the names and switching some out in case they were all lying to me. I talked to the Bar today and out of about 12 names I have sent, they say they only have 2, and I know those are 2 from the first app I did in 2013. They said today that after my last amendment in August they sent out letters to my 5 references. I checked with all of them today and none have received anything. Has anyone had a similar problem and does anyone have reason to beleive I still might somehow be cleared to be sworn on Monday?

I'd call and tell them what you told us. Mistakes happen. Earlier this summer, the bar confused my number with another tester's and sent me his mail for a while. I called and everything got sorted out. It was scary at the time, but you'll never know until you ask.
On an unrelated note, I can't believe we get results Monday. Is anyone else super nervous? I think I'm going to have to look at this column by column. That Bar Passage Results thread has officially messed with my mind. I'm thoroughly prepared for Monday to be the most unproductive day of work ever.

I'm. So. Scared. I don't think I'm going to go into work Monday morning. I think I'll wait until results come in and then go in after. We haven't discussed at all what happens if I failed...I don't think anyone at the firm failed the bar and so it's not even in their realm of possibility for them. I'm terrified.

Yea I called them three times yesterday. It wasn't very productive and it got a little combative at times despite my best efforts. Of course they assume that every one is just not sending the references back. They did finally say they were going to resend out the request again asap, but I doubt Ill be able to swwear in on Monday.

So I just got an email from my (possible) employer asking me to send them my bar results by Monday afternoon.
Freaking out man.
Edit: Somehow I got it in my head that the 22nd was a Tuesday. Nvm.

So, getting to sleep tonight might be rough. On my second glass of red. Hoping that will nudge me in the right direction.

On my first glass . . . might want to switch to caffeine drinks so that I stay awake but drunk, then not wake up until the results are posted.

Good luck tomorrow everyone. Just came by to spread some good vibes.
Don't know what the plan is for tonight. Maybe get drunk enough where I fall asleep later and wake up when results are out. The last thing I want to do is get up at 7am and hit refresh on the FL Supreme Court website every 5 seconds.

Fuck it. Just told my boss I'm not coming in tomorrow. Holy fucking shit I'm so nervous. This is awful. I just popped open a mangorita. Don't judge, it's all I had in my fridge.

I'll have that base covered at my work tomorrow. One monitor on westlaw, the other on fl bar site. Probably will need to bring deo to work. Gonna be a nervous day. Just saying.

Well I am definitely not getting a thing done at work today. What time do they usually post the results?

This is state action, right? I think we have a violation of the 8th Amendment.

This is garbage.
Is our applicant file number our applicant id (that we logged into examsoft with)?

And just to be sure, on test days we were supposed to put the badge number (the one they gave us there) on those standardized test forms, right?
