I wish so bad that I knew. Right now I'm hoping that the universe will just throw me a bone and throw the shit that I memorized from the smart bar prep outlines. Literally random ass concepts here and there. It's such a mess haha.

Despite a rocky start to one earlier today, I have to agree that those are a huge confidence boost. Additionally, I have found that I can fly through those things. If the test is anything like those questions, I think we are all in pretty good shape.

For those that defied all logic and attempted MPQ6, did you think they were actually harder than MPQ5? I am somewhat surprised that I am doing better on MPQ6 than MPQ5 (relatively speaking), and I've done all of them except Property so far (which I heard is miserable anyway).

Nah, I thought 6 was easier as well. Property of course being laughable/headache-worthy.

I thought MPQ5 was harder than MPQ6. But I still missed several because I'm tired of the MPQ sets.

I did the BARBRI Half Day yesterday and it seems the consensus is it's brutal.
I'm doing the BARBRI Full Day A.M. session today. Is it supposed to be harder or what? Plan on doing the P.M. session tomorrow or maybe just two mixed sets instead.

definitely did better on MPQ6 than MPQ5 - not sure if it was because I paid extra close attention after I was blindsided by the difficulty of MPQ5 though.

This is right. But interestingly, there was another question (either Barbri or Adaptibar) where both dismissal and transfer were answer choices, and it said that dismissal was wrong because the court should "ordinarily" transfer if possible.

For those of you using Critical Pass flashcards ---

How much of these cards are you really committing to memory?? There's some subjects (like Con Law, Crim, Ks) that I'm able to memorize the majority of, but on like, Civ Pro, for example, this shit is WAY too detailed for me to be able to remember.

Just curious if I'm like an idiot or something for likely not knowing on Tuesday/Wednesday that an appointment of a receiver is an interlocutory order reviewable as a matter of right, etc.

well that did not go well. I'm usually in the 60s but today I've been tanking- 48%. I can't tell if I need a break or need to go nuts studying because it's my only chance at passing.
