Same score, almost the same time. I found it to be a lot easier than the sets. A few of the questions I got wrong were stupid mistakes from not reading closely enough too. I also managed to get 4 property questions wrong lol. I'm guessing tomorrow will be a lot more difficult but who knows at this point

Yeah I'm pretty unimpressed as well. Figured they'd go up today, but nothing yet.
Lol, now they're up.

I have very similar problems. When I am doing practice questions I try and force myself to explain why answer choices are wrong. It slows me down and makes me go back through the problem and reread if I am unsure. I have found that now I read much more closely even when I am not going through the entire process of explaining each incorrect answer. I still go too quickly through a lot, but this has really helped me. As far as talking yourself out of the right answer, the only advice I can give is that if you are not 100% sure the new answer is correct, I would stick with the first one.

My laziness is creeping in - I think I might just go do the SIM MBE at the library tomorrow instead of going to Javits. Anyone dead set on going to Javits tomorrow (or your testing location) to do the exam?

37/50. 1 hour 5 mins. I also found it easier than the practice sets, but was psyching myself out because I felt like some of the questions were so straightforward that I overthought the answer because it seemed too simple. (the battery question, for instance)

34/50 here. About the same as the MPQs. Didn't find it easier than the sets, but mixing topics is nice.
What specifically about the custodial interview? It's just reas belief that you can leave and questions that cop should know could be incriminating? I haven't reviewed yet though, si I may have gotten it wrong.

Progress (clock thing on upper right) then one of those is percentile scores.

I was at 34, and somewhat disappointed, but I'm relatively okay with being around their targets.

Yea, I am WAY low in prop and torts, but good in civ pro and con, which aside from prop is def not what I expected.
ETA: Lol. 34 in prop and 35 in Torts. I really need to make outlines or something.

Anyone have an Idea what MBE score in NY would be close to auto-pass?
(also why is auto-pass a thing, the mpt and essays are still worth 50% . . .?)

Because with even a minimal degree of competency you will get some points on the MPT and essays.

39/50, but I found it to be pretty difficult. I did it in about 1 hour, 25 minutes.
It took me a good 4-5 questions to really settle in; I was surprised at the nervous energy/adrenaline I had upon starting.
Also, I'm a little concerned at how few answers I was able to actually predict an answer in my head for before looking at the actual choices. Did anyone else have this issue? Even on ones that I got right, a lot of times I actually had to read all the answer choices before finding one that looked good. I'd rather have confidence before progressing to the choices rather than relying on the choices themselves, especially since the bar examiners will be trying to trick us.
Also did noticeably worse at the end of the exam; I missed almost as many questions in the last 10 as I did in the first 40.

I thought the last 10 were actually harder/more unclear. I did slightly better on the last 10 than in general (7/10) but I circled (which means I don't really know)like 7 or 8 of the last 10 compared with like 7 or 8 over the rest of the entire test.

Unrelated to the above few posts about the PTs, but what exactly is it that people don't like about barbri civpro questions? They seem about along the lines of their other topic questions to me?

Good to know. I was worried my endurance was lacking. I know tomorrow will be hell on earth. On the one hand, I think it can be hard to cycle back and forth through subjects, but on the other hand it's much more engaging. One subject for an extended time is way more boring than mixed.

Yea, the mixed subjects helped me stay focused. Was way harder to do like a 25 Q Adaptibar straigh Torts set.
