I've never been so ready yet not ready at all for something in my life. Whenever I think about Nov. 3rd, I get both excited and sick to my stomach.

I took NY and the wait sucks, but at least they tell you when unlike us where we're keeping vigil for the proverbial white smoke to come of the chimney .

Anyone else get the email that your user home page has been updated? And then this message on the home page - "Electronic components of your application have been downloaded to the Texas Board of Law Examiners server, and your application is assigned to a processor."

If we got the e-mail that means we passed right? They're just making sure our application was correct and uploaded so it could be processed correctly right?KeepitKind wrote:I got the email. In all seriousness, it is pretty ominous. I logged in to see that my application was "uploaded." If you click to view the pdf of the files that have been uploaded, they're all blank.

They shouldn't be allowed to send emails with the words "Board of Law Examiners" or "Texas Bar" in them until next Thursday/Friday. Just about had a heart attack this morning.

I read it to mean that I failed and they were doing me the courtesy of transferring my application material for the Feb 2017 exam prior to the upcoming Oct 31 application deadline... Hope you're right!Estecontre wrote:If we got the e-mail that means we passed right? I messaged them and asked what it meant, this was the response: "There is nothing further you need to do. Results will be released November 4th, and will be posted to your new ATLAS account."

I got two emails. They both say, "Your User Home page has been updated. You may communicate with your processor from your User Home page... etc."Prana-9 wrote:Did anybody get two emails?
They were both identical.
I am sure it just has to do with them upgrading to the new "ATLAS" system... whatever that is.

Re: July 2016 Texas Bar Exam
My friend failed Feb 16 exam, and received two letters when results were released.
Could it possibly mean you get two emails (for the two letters uploaded) for failed examinees and one email for passing examinees?
Did anybody receive only one email?

I only got one this morning. I think you're going to give the guy above you a scare, because he received two e-mails. I wonder if they were both sent at the same time or different times?Prana-9 wrote:My friend failed Feb 16 exam, and received two letters when results were released.

Too late... The emails came at exactly the same time but with different reference numbers. A friend of mine also got two emails. I doubt he failed.
I am sure they are just computer glitches or whatnot. This IS the State of Texas we are talking about after all.

This most likely means nothing, but I received my e-mail at 6:25 A.M (I live in mountain time though so it would be 7:25 A.M. everywhere else in Texas). Did they have the same reference number?ultravires4life wrote:I received two identical e-mails. Both were sent at 7:19 A.M..Estecontre wrote:I only got one this morning.
