The explanation is at the top of the results page:

"An asterisk next to a name indicates that the Applicant was successful on the examination but is lacking an eligibility requirement which may include one or more of the following: Proof of citizenship (Rule II(a)(5)); Law Study Requirement (Rule III); Good Moral Character & Fitness (Rule IV); or a passing score on the MPRE (Rule V)."

Failed by 12 points.... From what I can see, I had 3 essays under 10 points....everything else was fantastic.......I will be retaking in July. Hopefully it's warmer this time....

I passed on my 3rd time. After my 2nd fail, I asked for a formal review, went to Austin and found out how I could improve on my essays. I also signed up for Adaptibar and all of the videos. In the videos, he discusses MBE tactics and ways to look at the questions, rather than going over all of the tiny details of each law. There are also a ton of practice MBE questions. It worked for me even though I may have only passed by a point.

I cannot get into my eFast account, and have not been able to since the exam. Every time I try it says my account is disabled. I've tried having a new password set but it says they cannot access my information. I passed this time (although I am still in utter disbelief and shock) and would like to know when the swearing in ceremony is. Oh, and it'd be nice to see my MBE score. Anyone else have a similar problem?
