You probably did amazing. Anyways, tomorrow is the day that separates the men from the boys. I'm scared to death of getting below 60% on the MBE!
MBE is the EASY part. You can literally guess and pass.
Come on now.
The curve is tighter on essays. You can do really bad and it won't be that bad curved. You can do really amazing and it won't be that great curved.

With the MBE you get an objective score and a small curve to help you. If you don't know what you are doing it's going to be blatantly obvious. You're screwed! Same goes if you ace it. It's the easiest place to gain and lose points on the exam.

I think the opposite is true (minus the curve part which is state specific, some states don't curve at all fyi on the essay part) If you write "I don't know, I guess middle" on an essay you are totally fucked. No curve can save you. You have a 25% chance on getting the MC right. And its scantron no grader bias.

After the first half of the exam, I was seriously wondering if I studied for the right test. That was such bullshit

What?

1st half of NY was fucking hard. I'll be surprised if I got 20/50 MC questions right.

MEE is curved right? I feel like there's a lot of people pissed off about it.

Yeah it is, by your individual state.

Dude, trust me. This exam has thoroughly convinced me of what I was always told: the essays are not graded on content. They're graded on writing, structure and analysis/reasoning. If you know the law well enough to at least spot the important issues, getting the rule right won't matter. Talking to five people in a circle after exam, I realized that virtually no one wrote the same test.

MEE Corps, Question 6. FML. He was right about proxies but I had no fucking clue. The MBCA was not even mentioned in the Barbri lecture. I threw shit against the wall, hope it stuck.

I wonder seriously if the MEE writers looked at the Barbri lectures and tried to find shit they never talked about. I know almost none of Question 4 in Civ Pro and Question 6 Corps stuff was never in the lecture notes.

Who's doing work tonight? Who's reviewing?

I think I might do 10 questions on each subject, on Adaptibar, and call it a night. I might even skip a couple sections that I don't think I need to prep.

But... If all of you are going to be gunners I might need to change my lazy tone.

Wow the MEE was excruciating. I had no idea about questions 1&2 for corps. Did anyone mention mention anything remotely resembling conflicts on part of the family law essay? That was tough. What a waste. They only tested on one MEE subject that we weren't sure was going to be one there. That was a joke.

I have a word doc for each MBE subject, where I've copied weird rules from MBE answers. I'm gonna review that, and that's it.

Q: are we allowed to discuss the MEE topics?

Curious if my state actually used the UBE this year (would be the first time).

OMG. I am so tired. I didn't think it was too bad overall, except for that one question...are we allowed to talk about them yet? Don't want to kill my chances before I even get to upload my answers.

And a funny little anecdote for everyone:
I was in the breakfast area of my hotel this morning and I heard this guy the next table over mention the MPT. So I looked over and asked if he was taking the bar exam today. He said he was and we started talking a little bit, and he asked if I wanted a ride. I said thanks but I want to look over the rules for what I think will be the afternoon essay topics during lunch. And then he says, "But the essays are tomorrow."

Well.

At least he ran into me, otherwise he wouldn't have had his laptop today.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
