Hey has anyone been studying on a mobile device or tablet? Does it work okay? I might lose access to my computer for a few days (I'm worried something is wrong with it and want to get it checked out with a lot of lead time) and I'm curious how much shifting to iPad is going to interrupt my schedule. I find the iOS app to be a little suboptimal but I've never tried working directly from the Themis site on my iPad.

You'd have to download the Themis app and say goodbye to 2X or 1.5X. Also, good luck trying to multi-task doing the handouts and typing notes.

One I KNEW the answer, but they use some bullshit wording to describe it oddly.

I'm at 33%, BUT I'm actually behind on my reviewing. I just push it through on the program so I can get to the next lectures and review in my off hours. I'm outlining property right now and I still have to do evidence, even though I'm doing my contracts lectures. So if I'd the reviewing at the time it told me to, I'd probably be more like 25% or something. I also don't read the MBE outlines until I do my review - I just watch the lectures first and then review after doing practice questions and finishing the lectures, because gross.

I apologize - I can see how it's in bad taste. I discussed earlier how I was struggling with con law and torts (citing low(er) percentages) so I thought this was fair game. Didn't mean to be a gunner!

If it devolves into a competition, then yes, ban on percentages.

Like I said, I'm really not trying to call you a gunner, you aren't being one at all. Good job on 70%, I am jelly.

Just don't want this place to be gunning territory. Questions about what percentage we should be at, or whatever are totally legit and helpful.

I'm fine with it either way, seems like people don't really care. So maybe we allow it and deal with if it ever is a real problem.

It's probably higher, broseph. I was doin some research the other day to see what the ballpark correlation was between raw and scaled scores. The idea was to add 10-15 points to your raw score, and it'd give you a ballpark scaled score. 70% is a 140. So that's 150-155. Of course, the state you're in, it's corresponding curve, and the date of examination, Feb v July, all factor in.
