Serious question should I waive in to somewhere else I don't know what to do I can't think or breathe

Yes definitely.
Meanwhile still aim for ny bar. But you will be licensed in Alabama for an example

I'm so sorry. I used critical pass flashcards and they helped a lot for the MBE. I didn't practice essays- just read the model essays, and memorized the rules. The critical flash cards were also helpful in that regard. If you still have the Barbri lecture handouts, I recommend revising those.
