I'll definitely be taking plenty of breaks the next two days. I just didn't realize I would have to hold it for 4 hours today (5 if you count the time it took to get out of the parking lot and back to the hotel to upload the exam because you're afraid there will be some screw up and you won't get it uploaded in time and fail on a technicality).

They send you an email when the deadline is approaching/past and you haven't uploaded.

I was under the impression they don't require or want full sentences for the P&E so I didn't have any issue with the character limit.

I'm sure you're fine. I just followed the standard barbri formula with a one or two-word first sentence, then wrote complete sentences after that. Only had a character issue once

So I didn't get my answers uploaded until 6:30. Examsoft accepted them, but I'm worried Texas won't grade them. Anyone have any thoughts/knowledge on this?

All I can say is yikes. I know people last July had issues but that was Examsoft’s fault. Might depend on why you were late uploading the answers.

Did you get a confirmation email from Examsoft?

Ok. Well I think you'll be fine if you talk to whoever you need to talk to. I didn't turn mine in until 4:22. It's amazing how easy it is to forget.

Did anyone think that the actual MBE was actually a lot easier than the Barbri MBE? I've heard arguments from both sides on this. I felt like Barbri gave me most of everything I should know in the practice questions. There were a few that seemed weird to me. Other than that, I was surprised that I finished 30 minutes before on the evening part.

It's hard to say, because even though there were a good number of freebies, I tend to focus on the questions I struggled with (especially since I marked them and returned to them later, so the last questions I did were all the hard ones). I will say that I felt like the AM questions were noticeably easier than the PM questions, but man, I saw questions today that I'd never encountered anything close to subject matter-wise.

I definitely found the AM better than the PM. But that may have been due to my seatmate clearing his throat every 30 seconds in the afternoon

This is my sentiment as well. Definitely a lot of freebies and ones I could narrow down to two and make a good educated guess on. Then there were the ones I could narrow down to two and couldn’t really make a good guess on. Then there were the weird ones testing subject matter that BarBri didn’t really ever focus on or touch or even deem relevant.

I was talking with the guy sitting beside me. I told him i didn't have a lot of mortgage questions in the AM and he said he did. Perhaps they were flipped for some people. The AM was harder for me.

I'm also leaning toward the crashing for 11 hours approach to tomorrow

I tried to review outlines, but I started freaking out a little bit at the sheer volume of them so stopped. I talked to someone coming out of the exam who said he was planning on reviewing for four hours tonight. Ha, right.

It is unreal how much of the essay material I've forgotten. I'm reviewing my outlines but nothing seems to be sticking anymore. Time to hit the hay and hope that a full night of rest will do more than cramming all night.
