It is impossible to know without more information. NY scoring works like this:
Raw MBE score is scaled to a scaled MBE score. NY then takes the scaled MBE score and re scales it on a scale of 1000.
For example: a perfect scaled MBE score is probably assigned a scaled score of 1000. Then the score is weighted by 40 percent, or 400 points. Thus, the maximum amount of points you can earn on the MBE is 400 in NY. 500 points for the essay and 100 points for the multiple choice.
Of this you need a final score of 665 to pass. Thus, theoretically, a examinee could pass with perfect essay scores, perfect NY MC and 65 points for the MBE (which would be an awful MBE score).
