I'm seeing a surprising number of Themis users who didn't pass...
Also used Themis.....kind of seeing an unsettling pattern as well.
I used to think Themis was legit, but I might have to announce an amendment in tomorrow's email...

I have no idea how I did it but I passed. Sorry for all of you who didn't, I wish you the best of luck. I've mostly been a lurker but I did look at this forum quite a few times during my bar studies so thanks everyone for your help.

Passed. Thank G-d.

To everyone who didn't, I'm truly sorry. This is a terrible exam designed to suppress competition, and to keep out people who don't have the time or money to spend months studying and paying for courses. I'm rooting for you in February, and remember, here are some people who failed the Bar:

My fucking lord I can't believe it.

If you did not pass I am so sorry and do not give up. DO NOT. GIVE. UP.

This is surreal. Found out I'm going to be a lawyer and a mother on the same day. I'm on the train almost passed out

So for anyone else who's failed. How soon do you get to see your results? Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm kind of miffed you only get 93 days between failure and the next attempt. Does it take weeks to get your essays and MBE scores back?

It says answers will be mailed out in 4 weeks. Wow. That's kind of crazy. I only get 60 days to figure out where I messed up and change things around.

Congrats to those who passed this time.

To those who did not:

1. Get back at it. It ain't over. Relax.
2. Everything is hard, before it is easy.
3. You can do it.
4. Yes. You. Can.

This hurts your ego much more than your future.

I like reminding folks of a friend of mine...
He passed on the 3rd try.
He now says that what I told him during his despair absolutely came true..

I told him:
The facts do not change, yes, you will have to take it a 3rd time.
But, that sorrow, humiliation, and fear of having to go 3 times will immediately change the day you pass...
Now, those exact facts are the same facts he uses for the rest of his life to teach..
"Perseverance, Hard Work, Determination, and..Never, Never, Never Give up...

Now, his hard-luck, sad, story....overnight became the story he is most proud of....
The exact same facts, but a completely different attitude.

The facts do not change, but your attitude will.

Keep that in mind.
Keep a good attitude.

It is everything.

You will pass if you get back at it, stay focused, and study smart.

You made it through college and law school... You can do this too.

Go grieve, go cry, let it out.....

Then, let it go.

ONWARD !

By the way, this was my third time. All odds were against me. I really attribute my success to A. Using Adaptibar like a mad man and B. Getting a tutor that made me write a shit load of essays.
