Aha --- very last line of the PDF: https://admissions.calbar.ca.gov/Portal ... 0216_R.pdf

"The pass list becomes public on Sunday, May 15, 2016."

Unless something changed since then.

I'm about to start drinking now.
Downstairs from this office complex is a bar. I'm beginning to lean towards checking my results there with a drink in hand, versus checking by phone ina deserted alley...

Tonight will only show your name and whether you passed or not.

There is no public viewing Sunday. I know this because my law school emailed me asking for my results for their records because the committee interpreted the public records act to apply to them.

3 hours 20 minutes 30 seconds. If it says requirement not satisfied when you check your application status, does it mean you failed, or does 6 truly mean 6?

Quick tip. If you can't find your badge, you can still get the info off of your admittance ticket bottom if you have an extra copy or (like me) saved it as a PDF so you could print out multiple copies if needed for the bar.

6 truly means 6. You'd have heard of this "hack" already if it actually worked. Plus, if you look at the top of that page, it says that it is only current as (usually) a day ago. So it might not show up even after 6 today if you passed.

Lmao someone asks the same shit every time. It's ok because I did the same to project my results ahead of time out of desperation.

Don't use the admissions status list to try and find out if you passed! It's got several days delay in some cases (at least, it did for my MPRE). I'd hate to think of someone thinking they failed because the admissions status list is out of date.

They will update that this evening. I know on my "qualified to be admitted to practice law" section the applicant status shows "requirement satisfied on motion 11/18/2015", two days before results were out, it was certainly hidden on November 20th. I'm sure it's hidden for you guys but I'd check to see the html coding on your browser and see if it shows up or not. in Safari I right click the page and click 'inspect element' and who knows if it's live there. What the heck you have 3 hours to kill and play programmers.

Good luck all, and hopefully they won't roll back the timer before 6:00 like they did in November.

I'm reminded of an old saying regarding how to win a knife fight. The key is to just accept that you're going to get stabbed at some point and then you can focus on winning instead of worrying about getting stabbed.

I'm just accepting that I didn't pass and if that comes to pass then I'm already prepared for it and have a game plan for July. If I did pass, then that's just icing on the cake I didn't think I'd ever eat when I walked out of the test center last Feb.

Been trying to convince myself to adopt this mindset since morning, but it hasn't worked. :x

I was poking around the CalBar website and found this huge discipline report: http://www.calbar.ca.gov/LinkClick.aspx ... 4&mid=1534

I stumbled upon Appendix C, which has some interesting language at the end of page 93.

Imagine, someone in some stuffy office working for the State Bar for $51,341 per year (with decent benefits), typing the words "my apologies to yourself and ___ for bein' (sic) a bitch"

I lost like 20 pounds of booze weight after the bar exam and I'm about to put all that weight back on in this one day of waiting. I've had like, four frapuccinos today.
