Definitely need to buckle down on Evidence
I think you are in good shape, just need to tweak your weak subjects. Summer average was like 115, guess we'll find out the winter average soon.

I have an Adaptibar promo code to get you $50 off. Adaptibar has been really useful for me and I am starting to see patters in the questions, which is reassuring. PM me your email and I will send you an Adaptibar coupon via email.

Halftime at the full day... Feel ok about the first half. Starting the second half at 1. I'll check back in after the second half!

Saw some good scores so far! Looks like we're doing something right!

138/200 for the Simulated MBE. Repeating the course for a different state. This is definitely better than what I did in the summer. Keep up the good work everyone!

So bad news is I'm an idiot and did the full day practice test in the MPQ book instead of the Simulated, so I'll have to do that tomorrow... Good news is that I got a 154/200.

106/200 last summer, 128/200 today... I'll take it.

Jesus im glad i wasnt the only one...I submitted them online and almost had a heart attack when i got like a 54/200. Was too frustrated and tired to do the correct one yesterday so I knocked it out today. A little annoyed I wasted an entire day but scored 142/200 on the correct one.

I know... Mine said 58/200, so I emailed them and said I think your thing is broken... Little did they know I was the one who was broken.

Did some evidence today and missed so many and then I feel so stupid when I read the answer. Like half the time I make such stupid mistakes in evidence.
Hoping I fix some of that up for the 200 question practice on Monday.

Ungh. Just gotta keep plugging along and telling myself I'll pass this time.

If two people on this thread alone submitted answers for the wrong exam and got extremely low scores (naturally)...how many other people made the same mistake?

What does that do to the BarBri midterm average? Those scores need discarded so they do not count for the group average. Otherwise the group average will be skewed much lower.

What if some people think they bombed it and they did the wrong exam? Not good.

I just finished my BarBri simulated MBE and got 133.

Hopefully between the fact that the BarBri test questions are so much harder than the real thing plus adding points for the scale will mean I might pass this thing. *crosses fingers*

For those stressing about MBE scores for the full day simulated, I scored a 121/200 over the summer course with Barbri. On the real exam, I scored high enough to waive into a jurisdiction with a minimum requirement of 150. I am in California so scores weren't actually released to those who passed. I was one of those barbri students worried about improving my mbe score before test day. From what I and may other test takers said after the July exam, many of else felt barbri's mbes were not representative of the types of questions actually tested. My advice is to do as many mbes as possible before game day and read over the explanations as to why your selection was right or wrong.

Is it just me, or were the 18-question sets much harder? I scored 141 on the PT, which is bullshit considering I'm barely hitting the minimums for the question set goals.

Those sets of 18 are certainly difficult in comparison, especially the later sets. I think it's part of Barbri's scare tactic. At the beginning of prep, I swore I wouldn't do those sets again because they really brought my morale down last summer. For this exam, I focused solely on adaptibar MBE's for the first few weeks until I broke my promise to myself and did a few Barbri sets. It made realized just how beneficial those sets are. It gives me a better overall understanding of each subject by testing on nuances that aren't as frequent in adaptibar questions, or possibly even on the actual exam. So, I just use Barbri set's to broaden my knowledge, and take my score with a grain of salt.

Got a 125/200 on the simulated MBE. Felt like I was guessing on a lot of the questions :?

Yeah, they typically are harder graders. I wouldn't worry about it.
