I know they are crossover questions and not guaranteed (or perhaps even likely) to appear on the exam, but does anyone have an idea of the odds that a bankruptcy or tax question comes up in the essays? I’m about 10% behind in my Barbri course and have those two lectures left- thinking about just skipping them and taking one or two passes through the CMR.
