Yeah, I'm pretty sure C&f instigators are fully independent of the graders. They probably have less an idea then the rest of us.

If this qualifies as passing, I, too, passed.

The deadline to register for the Feb. 2016 Bar exam is October 30th. So I am assuming the results have to be released before then to accommodate repeat takers.

If this is true, I agree or else they'd be penalizing repeat takers from July. Do you have a link that says that?

Last year the NJ results were released the Friday of Halloween.

Also, they allow repeat Feb. takers to register 30 days after the scores are released with no late fee penalty: https://www.njbarexams.org/fees-and-deadlines.

Scores will also be sent to the candidate's user home page 48 to 72 hours before the results are publically released according to the NJ Bar Exam FAQs section:

I'm getting frustrated because I know I have C&F issues- I'm still contesting some stuff from when my credit got stolen on deployment, and PA asked about it. NJ uploaded a copy of my credit report, and then... radio silence. I've emailed twice asking how to provide proof that I'm contesting it. Any one else not getting a response?

Failed NY with a 133.9 MBE (TANKED MPT and a couple essays). Plan was to get a high MBE and coast on through, but there goes that (I was averaging 75% consistently for a month, and FWIW, didn't notice a string of D's).

The NJ Essays felt far easier than the NY ones, but my assumption is everyone feels this way, and NJ expects a higher quality product. In prep, graded responses were mostly 3's and a few 4's and 5's. Am I doomed?

Have you contacted them though the portal, or by emailing the investigator directly (your assigned based on last name)?

It's hard to figure, but your combined score needs to be 265, and the essay scoring is based on MBE percentiles. So, you need to get 102 points. A 102 on the MBE is the > 1 percentile (IL is the only place I know that releases a table: That means your essay score has to be a) a bona fide attempt, and b) in the bottom 1% of scored essays and you pass. Go you.

Yes. Twice. They haven't responded at all. Which would be fine, if I didn't know that they uploaded the CR for a reason.

That's two different options, if the portal didn't work, try direct emailing from gmail. Might get you out of the pile.

I'm actually anal enough about getting out ahead of the problem that when I say twice, I mean that each time I sent a request through the portal, I emailed as well. I was more wondering if anyone else had heard from them. When I had to request fingerprint cards get sent to me, it took them about a month to respond to my inquiries. So... not the greatest track record with responsiveness.

I got responses pretty quickly back in April, or whatever, but haven't tried since.

Okay, checking in after NY (what a fucking relief). Any idea of release date, or do we have hints from release dates of years past?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
