Wow. MN used to be a solid 90% pass rate. Is it the UBE? The theories about the test or current law students?

I took both of them (this July and last July), so they're all I know. Last year I did Themis and passed in NY. 139 MBE. This year I did not take a prep course. I bought BarMax (to do "real" questions, since last year I felt like they were all out of left field.) I didn't matter. The MBE still felt crazy. I probably did about 1000 actual NCBE MBE questions (including the 4 released exams). The test felt like the twilight zone.
